Resolved Question: Black dogs: Red eyes and as big as a calf:Believe it?

I was looking around under folklore and sightings, I'm bored and therey intersted in the stuff. So Anyway I actualy spotted a whole lot of links based on sightings of black dogs, though there have been reports of them being other colors. http://www2.prestel.co.uk/aspen/sussex/blackdog.html here's is one site where it describes them They are said to be omens of death.
